We seriously cannot thank Lina enough for finding us out perfect first home together! We were referred to her by a friend and we are so glad for that referral, Lina is so wonderful to work with. Our schedules are typically opposite of each other but she was able to navigate smoothly between mine and my husband’s schedule to help us see the different homes on the market we wanted to see. She took all our wants and needs in mind when we would go through houses and point out things that she saw that might be potential red flags but she was never pushy about anything. When we finally saw the one we truly wanted, she was quick to research the neighborhood and the comps, draw up the paperwork and explain everything in great detail. Our first-time home buying experience was stress-free and she was always a quick phone call/text/email away when either of us had a question. When we decided to buy a house we did not hesitate to contact Lina. From the very beginning she was very responsive and set up every walk through I asked her to as soon as she could. She also answered my texts and phone calls at all hours of the day when I needed her to. We looked at 4 houses with Lina and immediately fell in love with the one we ended up buying. We said “What do we have to do to make this ours?” We did everything she suggested we should do and 2 hours later we had a deal! As well as helping us find the perfect house, Lina was very helpful with finding a home inspector and a real estate attorney right away. She definitely made buying a house a lot less stressful than it can be. If you are looking for a realtor with expertise, do not hesitate to call her!

November 2014 is when we decided to purchase our first house. We decided to go with Lina as our realtor due to her knowledge in the Joliet/Shorewood area and her dependability. Lina was great to work with, informing us on new listings, setting up walk throughs, and she was quick to respond to all of questions (even at 11 o’clock at night). I will never forget during our home buying experience when we found the home of our dreams. Everything about this home was exactly what we were looking for in our first home (the house we currently live in). Unfortunately, we didn’t know there was an offer pending when we went to put our offer in. We were so upset! But a few days later we received a phone call late that night from Lina telling us the pending offer fell through! She made sure that we got into that house and a few days later our offer was accepted! It was so awesome how she did that for us. We 100% recommend Lina as a realtor. She always made sure we were taken care of, even after we purchased the home. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows in her work.
