Lina Climer Staehely
Designated Managing Broker/Owner
Lina is the owner and Designated Managing Broker of TLC Real Estate Services, a brokerage founded in 2000 by her late mother, Tami Climer. Lina worked alongside Tami in the office before deciding to pursue her own career as a Realtor® in 2014.
Since then, Lina has set herself apart in the industry with her no pressure approach and her focus on educating her clients. “I’m there to help them,” she says. “The process is exciting, but it can be stressful and overwhelming. My goal is to alleviate as much of the stress as possible. I want my clients to understand their options thoroughly, make well-informed decisions, and know that I am there to advocate for their best interest.”
Throughout her career, Lina has been presented with multiple awards, including the Three Rivers Association of Realtors Rising Star Award in 2017 and Best Realtor of Will County in 2023. Lina also sat as a board member for the Three Rivers Association of Realtors from 2019 to 2022. She holds an Accredited Buyer Representation designation, or ABR®, which signifies expertise and excellence in buyer representation.
Outside of real estate, Lina is focused on her family and her community. She and her family regularly support the March of Dimes and Ronald McDonald House Charity. Additionally, she has spent previous years volunteering for Relay for Life and Bolingbrook Panthers Sports Club.
